My sister adopted Chris from Tri-State Racetrack in June 2003. His birthdate is July 19, 2000. I recently adopted Devie from Wheeling Racetrack in October 2006. His birthdate is April 9, 2003. Greyhounds make excellent pets. They are sweet, lovable, loyal, and love to nap on the couch all day. For more information on greyhound adoption see the following links:
On December 26, 2006 Chris was diagnosed with osteosarcoma, a form of bone cancer. His treatment required amputation of his left leg and several months of chemo.
